scales lie.

if you are not smarter than them.

if you want to be deceived by a scale...
(like i was)
place it on a bathroom rug.
weigh yourself.
and believe you are a few pounds lighter.
unfortunately, i learned the hard way.

  1. try being over weight then weigh yourself at the gym and see you gained 4 pounds in 1 week and then get depressed the rest of the day and feel guilty when you eat i am only 5 feet i won't even tell you how much i weigh it's way more than virginia she is perfect in all ways and so pretty i'm not saying this because she's my daughter she is pretty on the inside too even if she wears bright red shoes ! i love her anyway

  2. you are actually going to the gym and exercising though...something I am not doing!! so feel good about yourself for that because it takes much motivation to go each week.
